We had a wonderful experience at Casa de las Palmas Tours. The owner, Jose, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The facilities were clean and the pool was a refreshing addition. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect - close to everything but away from the noise. Breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bread, fruit, and tea & coffee. We loved the park nearby where all the birds gather before sunset.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, they offer great help in everything you may need. the location was fantastic, close to many attractions. There's a refreshing swimming pool in the beautiful garden, and the jungle tours they offer are not to be missed. They even have complementary breakfast and beer, a perfect way to start and end your day.

It's not the most convenient location for exploring on foot for many days due to longer distances. Taking a mototaxi during the night is a good option.

The hotel location is great, near to a lot of restaurants and bars. , they offered us a New Year’s Eve party with live music and great drinks, which really made us feel like we were celebrating. Another advantage was the spacious swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Sadly, the rooms were so hot that it felt like being inside a sauna. Even with a fan, it was almost impossible to stay in there during the day.

During our stay, we faced a minor inconvenience with the kitchen closing between 11-13:30, which coincided with our lunchtime. However, the kind lady in charge allowed us to take ingredients from the kitchen so we could prepare our own sandwiches outside.
